Charlo Greene, a reporter for KTVA, reveals she's the owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club during a live broadcast and says she quits her job to concentrate on legalization of marijuana in Alaska.

AceShowbiz - A reporter for KTVA in Alaska used the F-word and quit her job during a live broadcast on Sunday evening, September 21. However, that's not the most surprising part as she also told viewers that she's the owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club and she was leaving to concentrate on legalization of marijuana in Alaska.
The video of Charlo Greene, the reporter, making the shocking revelation went viral on Monday. "I - the actual owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club - will be dedicating all of my energy for fighting for freedom and fairness, which begins with legalizing marijuana here in Alaska," she says in the clip.
"And as for this job, well, not that I have a choice but... f**k it, I quit," she continues before walking off and leaving the show's anchor flustered.
KTVA has reacted to the news and apologized for Greene's language on Twitter. "Viewers, we sincerely apologize for the inappropriate language used by a KTVA reporter on the air tonight. The employee has been terminated," they wrote.
After quitting her job, Charlo told Alaska Dispatch News that no one at the station knew she would make such dramatic exit or that she's the owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club. When asked why she made the announcement on air, she said, "Because I wanted to draw attention to this issue. And the issue is medical marijuana. Ballot Measure 2 is a way to make medical marijuana real... most patients didn't know the state didn't set up the framework to get patients their medicine."
In November, Alaskans will get the chance to vote on whether to end marijuana prohibition in the state. Greene has asked supporters to donate on Indiegogo. She's asking for $5,000 to help "inform Alaskan voters."
