Paramore's bassist Jeremy Davis is now a father. The musician took to Twitter on December 31 to announce that his wife Kathryn Camsey gave birth to their first child, a baby daughter, on December 28.

"So, everyone...Mine and @kittykatdav's baby girl has been born! She doesn't have a name yet but weighs 6 lbs, 14 ounces," the proud father tweeted. He also attached a photo of his family in the post. The photo shows the couple's bundle of joy wearing pink clothes and being wrapped in flowery blanket. The new parents gaze at their daughter lovingly.

"She was born on Dec. 28th at 7:16pm...She's a total angel, and her face changes everyday...We are already so in love with her!! We will post her name soon...I just wanted to let you all know before this year ends," he added in another post. "Morning cuddles with my baby girl!!" he wrote again, attaching a photo of his daughter sleeping on his chest.

The musician then shared another photo of him with his wife and daughter. "Happy New Year everyone from The Davis' ....2014 is gonna be a exciting year!!....loads of love to everyone!!"

Davis and Camsey tied the knot in 2011. The couple was really excited to welcome their first child. In a statement which was released on December 4, Paramore said that the new father took a break from their activities to welcome his first child. "Make sure to send Jeremy lots of love and pictures from the shows and messages for him and Kat and the 1st P-more baby. We can't wait to meet her!" Hayley Williams and Taylor York said.
