According to a source, the 'Come and Get It' singer who recently announced cancellation of her remaining tour dates is dealing with issues related to Lupus.

AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez reportedly is taking a break from tour to deal with health issues. The singer announced last week that she canceled 13 dates of her tour to have some time for herself, but a new report suggests that she is dealing with the symptoms of Lupus.

A source tells Popdust that Gomez was diagnosed with Lupus "a couple of years ago" and she recently had some "flares" which resulted in facial swelling, extreme fatigue, headaches and joint pain. "Selena has been going full throttle the past few years and her Lupus is really catching up with her right now. She knows that she needs to take some time to address the disease and look after herself better if she wants to live a full and healthy life," the source explains.

Gomez announced in a statement on December 20, "My fans are so important to me and I would never want to disappoint them. But it has become clear to me and those close to me that after many years of putting my work first, I need to spend time on myself in order to be the best person I can be." She additionally apologized for the cancellation.

After announcing the tour break, the "Come & Get It" songstress shared photos of her in relaxing atmosphere. A photo which was shared on December 22 shows her cuddling a baby who is believed to be her 6-month-old sister Gracie. "I'm the happiest I've been in a while.. So blessed and thankful for the future, for release and to finally be happy for those I loved..," she captioned the photo. The 21-year-old pop star later shared another photo of her cooking Christmas eve meal with her sister.
