The DJ SimonSayz-produced track is a song that didn't make the cut to Lupe's 'Food and Liquor 2: The Great American Rap Album'.

AceShowbiz - Lupe Fiasco has dropped an unreleased track called "Piru Blues". The mellow cut, which arrived just in time for the holidays, was produced by DJ SimonSayz. According to Lupe, the song is a leftover of his "Food and Liquor 2: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 1".

In the track, Lupe can be heard talking about love and violence. "Blood stains on the camouflage jacket/ and love pained hands on the fully automatic/ She looks into the years of her comrade slash lover/ Comcast CSPAN cover warfare rages on the other/ Sides of the world where the revolution udders/ In a language besides brotherly love for the sufferer/ It's the sacrifice that touches her," he raps.

Lupe is currently working on his new album, "Tetsuo and Youth", which is scheduled to hit stores sometimes in 2014. In an interview last month, the 31-year-old musician talked about the forthcoming record.

He said the album would be politics-free and full of fun songs. "This album is definitely less political. In fact, there is no politics at all. On this album you will just hear music, fun music no over analyzing but 'ratchet' fun music. Ratchet in the sense that you will be able to dance and just jam to my songs, Lupe's definition of ratchet that is," he explained.
