Rogen's family man character couldn't stand Efron's wild parties, but his effort to shut them down backfires.

Seth Rogen and Zac Efron are not getting along as seen in the new trailer for "Neighbors". The former plays Mac Radner, who just moved with his wife and their baby next to fraternity house led by Efron's Teddy Sanders. When the noise next door becomes too much, Mac decides it's best to call the cop.
The Radners initially tried to act cool with Teddy and his boys in hope for a peaceful life in the neighborhood, but the college students finally get on their nerves with their frequent wild parties. In the end, it is a full war between the two sides with the frat boys constantly pulling mean pranks on the couple.
Rose Byrne plays Rogen's on-screen wife, and Dave Franco is one of Teddy's fraternity brothers. The comedy will be released on May 9, 2014.
