A new trailer for true-story film "Lone Survivor" is released. One of the new footage shows Lt. Michael P. Murphy (Taylor Kitsch) trying to call HQ for reinforcements. Another sees HM1 Marcus Luttrell (Mark Wahlberg) talking to Mike about a girl named Melissa from a Coldplay concert.

The film follows a group of four soldiers on an ill-fated covert mission to neutralize a high-level Taliban operative when they are ambushed by enemy forces in the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan. It's based on a nonfiction best-selling book written by none other than the lone survivor himself, Marcus.

Directed by Peter Berg, the movie also stars Eric Bana, Emile Hirsch, Ben Foster and Alexander Ludwig. It is scheduled for a limited release on December 27, before hitting theaters nationwide on January 10, 2014.
