'Teen Wolf' Is Officially Renewed for Season 4, Gets Companion Talk Show

Jill Wagner, who plays Kate Argent, will host 'Wolf Watch' which will air after each new 'Teen Wolf' episode beginning on January 6, 2014.

AceShowbiz - "Teen Wolf" is going to howl for another season. MTV announced at the New York Comic-Con on Saturday, October 12 that it had renewed the supernatural drama series for a fourth installment consisting of 12 new episodes set to debut in 2014.

It's not the only good news for "Teen Wolf" fans since the network also announced a companion talk show, "Wolf Watch". The half-hour program will follow every episode of "Teen Wolf".

To be hosted by Jill Wagner who plays Kate Argent, the weekly chatfest will offer more insight into the hit series, covering topics ranging from the heavy mythology elements to the steamy romances and hilarious bromances. It will also provide behind-the-scenes scoop and feature appearances by the cast as well as celebrity super fans.

"Teen Wolf" is currently on hiatus following the summer finale in August. The first half of the third season averaged a 2.5 rating in 12-34 demo and 2.8 million total viewers each week, making it the highest-rated and most-watched season to date. The first half of season 3 also ranked as the No.1 program in its time slot each week.

The second half of season 3 is set to premiere on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 10 P.M. ET/PT, followed by the "Wolf Watch" series premiere.
