AceShowbiz - National Geographic has released the first trailer for its upcoming original movie, "Killing Kennedy". While it does not shed light on the plotline, it does provide viewers with the first listen to Rob Lowe's fake Boston accent to make his best impression of the late John F. Kennedy as he, in character, delivers a speech about maintaining peace in the nation.

Will Rothhaar's Lee Harvey Oswald, Michelle Trachtenberg's Marina Oswald and Ginnifer Goodwin's Jackie Kennedy are also featured in the video. The assassination of JFK is also depicted, although not in the most obvious way, with a scene of a bullet hitting the ground.

"Killing Kennedy" is based on Bill O'Reilly's book "Killing Kennedy: The End of Camelot". It chronicles the final years of the then U.S. President Kennedy and Lee Harvey Oswal and the events that led both men to Dallas on that fateful day in November 1963.

Produced by famed filmmaker Ridley Scott and directed by Nelson McCormick, the drama thriller is set to air November 10 on National Geographic Channel, just in time for the 50th anniversary of Kennedy's death.
