After releasing several singles and a trailer promoting his forthcoming third studio album "Nothing Was the Same" over the past few months, Grammy Award-winning rapper Drake now unveils the final track listing from the much-anticipated LP. The 26-year-old rap star took to Twitter to reveal the 13 tracks that made it to the standard edition and the 2 additional tracks that appear on the deluxe version.

Platinum-selling rap mogul Jay-Z lends some superstar support to the Toronto MC in the track "Pound Cake" (Paris Morton Music 2) while Detail assists on "305 to My City". The deluxe edition features G.O.O.D. Music label rap artist Big Sean and Georgia rapper 2 Chainz on the collaboration track entitled "All Me".

Drizzy says fans of his music might do a double take when they hear his new compilation, "This album is about growth. When I play it for people, they ask, 'Who's that rapping?' I'm like, 'That's me.' " This was already evident when he released "Hold On, We're Going Home" last month, where instead of his familiar rap skills, Drake showed off some sexy vocals on the mid-tempo tune with some seductive execution of the lyrics to boot.

Conspicuously missing from the final album, which hits stores soon on September 24, are some artists previously announced as collaborators and some singles initially thought to be included in the cut.
