The sequel to the comedy hit "Horrible Bosses" has finally found the replacement of Seth Gordon, the director of the 2011 pic who dropped out in early August due to scheduling conflicts. The Hollywood Reporter learns that "We're the Millers" scribe Sean Anders has taken over the duty.

Besides Anders, whose directing credits include "That's My Boy", New Line Cinema has secured John Morris, Ander's writing partner in "Millers", to join the project as a producer. Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day and Jamie Foxx will reprise their roles, with John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein returning to write the script.

Another project that is developed by Dreamworks has also found its helmer. Variety reports that Derek Cianfrance, best known for directing Ryan Gosling in "Blue Valentine" and "The Place Beyond the Pines", has been tapped to helm the feature adaptation of "The Light Between Oceans".

Based on M.L. Stedman's debut novel, it is about a lighthouse keeper and his wife who are faced with a moral dilemma when a boat washes ashore with a dead man and an infant. David Heyman and Jeffrey Clifford will serve as producers, while Rosie Alison is set to executive produce.
