Scarlett Johansson Gets Mysterious and Seductive in 'Under the Skin' Teaser
Movie

The Golden Globe-nominated actress portrays an alien in human form in the movie version of Michael Faber's novel of the same name.

A teaser trailer for Scarlett Johansson's upcoming movie, "Under the Skin", has made its way out via The Film Stage. As how a teaser usually works, the video does not give away too much of the flick, which is adapted from Michael Faber's novel of the same name. ScarJo is seen rocking short hair and flaunting her sexiness in undies.

The Golden Globe-nominated actress' character is named Laura, an alien that is sent from afar and equipped with enough human language and awesome seductive power to capture, destroy and presumably send home human males. However, her curiosity about her human body and an accidental act of pity disrupt her mission.

The film from FilmNation Entertainment is directed by Jonathan Glazer, whose works include "Sexy Beast" and "Birth". He directs from a script he co-writes with Walter Campbell. Paul Brannigan, Robert J. Goodwin and more take on supporting roles.

To L.A. Times, Glazer revealed that Brad Pitt was initially expected to star opposite Johansson, but the plans were then scrapped after the indie production failed to raise enough money to make it.

Recently screened at the Venice Film Festival and Telluride, it will also be premiered at the Toronto festival.
