Joey Fatone is not splitting from his wife Kelly Baldwin. Speaking to Omg! Insider's Keltie Knight on Wednesday, August 28, the former NSYNC member revealed that his marriage with Baldwin, whom he married in 2004, was "fine."

"We're still married ... kids are great," Fatone told Knight, adding that he, his wife and their two children Kloey and Briahna recently went on vacation. "I'm deeply upset about that. We're fine."

Fatone attributed the rumor to people's interests towards his old group after they rocked the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards stage on Sunday, August 25. "When you're on top, people try to knock you down. Things start to get above, 'Let's make something up, let's screw with the media, let's throw things out there,' you know? And that's how it kind of went down," he said.

Star magazine previously reported that Fatone and Baldwin had been living separately since February. "They pretend Joey is traveling for work, but really he just stays with friends," a source claimed.

The "Dancing with the Stars" alum reportedly cheated on his wife with a fellow contestant in 2007. The magazine also claimed that Fatone acted like a bachelor as he was back on the show in 2012. Fatone "flirted with women as if he was a single guy and he never wore his wedding ring," according to a source. The magazine even went on claiming that Baldwin had secretly dated another man.
