A new promo for the upcoming "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" has just arrived ahead of its October 10 premiere. Dubbed "Twilight Games", it gives a first look at "Lost" actor Naveen Andrews as Sayid Jafar better known as Aladdin's villain. "I have very special plans for her," so he says, leading to speculation that he's talking about Alice (Sophie Lowe).

Set in Victorian London, the new series will follow the young and beautiful Alice as she tells a tale of a strange new land that exists on the other side of a rabbit hole. An invisible cat, a hookah-smoking caterpillar and playing cards that talk are just some of the fantastic things she's seen during this impossible adventure.

Surely this girl must be insane. Her doctors aim to cure her with a treatment that will make her forget everything. Alice seems ready to put it all behind her - especially the painful memory of the genie she fell in love with and lost forever, the handsome and mysterious Cyrus - but deep down she knows this world is real and just in the nick of time, the sardonic Knave of Hearts and the irrepressible White Rabbit save her from a doomed fate.

Meanwhile, its sister series "Once Upon a Time" has just found its Ariel/Little Mermaid in Joanna Garcia ("Reba"). She is expected to appear in two episodes and bring the Disney princess to life when the show kicks off its third season September 29. Another new face in the form of Rose McIver will also join to portray the famous Tinker Bell.
