The former White Stripes rocker is accused of harassing the mother of his two children and 'pressuring her about the settlement terms for divorce.'

AceShowbiz - Jack White's former wife, Karen Elson, has filed restraining order against the rocker citing harassment and bullying. She says her former husband has a violent temper, claiming he contacted her camp "in an inappropriate and aggressive manner" and made derogatory remarks about her.
"Wife fears for her and the children's safety as a result of this harassment," so it's stated in the British model's restraining order filing as quoted by City Paper. "This pattern of husband's bullying wife into submission was a contributing factor in the demise of their marriage."
A judge grants her request, banning the rocker from making "any contact with wife whatsoever except as it relates to parenting time with the parties' minor children," pending a hearing on August 29. He is only allowed to communicate with Elson via emails.
The former member of The White Stripes married Elson, the twin sister of Kate Elson, in 2005 in a canoe on the Amazon River. Their wedding was officiated by a shaman and was later convalidated by a priest. His former wife and bandmate Meg White served as maid of honor.
White and Elson have two children, 7-year-old Scarlett and 5-year-old Henry. They split in 2011 and sent out invitation to their friends to "please help [them] celebrate together this anniversary of the making and breaking of the sacred union of marriage." She eventually filed for divorce in 2012.
The former couple is in the custody battle of their children. He allegedly sent her numerous emails and text messages "pressuring her about the settlement terms for divorce."
"This is a private matter. I thank you for respecting my family's privacy and will be making no further comment," she said when asked for comment. Her lawyer commented, "Both sides have been working to settle the dispute privately."
