AceShowbiz - Kenya Moore has to pack her bags and move out of the house she's living. "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star was served with an eviction order from court after a judge ruled in favor of Conya Weems-Dillon, the owner of the mansion she rented.
Moore was sued for failing to make a full rent payment for May. The 42-year-old former beauty queen rented the six-bedroom house located in the Atlanta suburb of Roswell for $3,999-a-month, but she was allegedly $848 short when paying last month's rent.
The winner of the 1993 Miss America pageant denied the claim, insisting she had paid full rent for May and June. She additionally complained that the landlady constantly entered the house without notice. She counter-sued for wrongful eviction, slander and emotional distress. Her allegations against the landlady were dismissed by judge.
