Kim Kardashian just won a big victory against her estranged husband, Kris Humphries. TMZ reported that on Monday, April 15, a judge turned down Kris' request to access emails Kim sent from some closed accounts.
Both Kim and Kris were not present at the court. The site reported that celebrity lawyer Laura Wasser was there to argue on Kim's behalf. The Monday's hearing was reportedly set for May 2, but Kris' attorney asked to move up the date.
The decision came three days after Kris failed to show up to the mandatory hearing on Friday, April 12 and he reportedly made the judge at the hearing "furious." "He's just wasting everyone's time at this point... The judge is furious. So disrespectful," a source said.
The judge wasn't the only one who got angry at the Brooklyn Nets star. According to another source, Kim's boyfriend, Kanye West, was also upset. The source said, "It irks everybody involved to know how f**king shiesty [Kris] is. Kanye don't care that it makes him look bad in court for not showing up, he just wants this s**t over and so does Kim!"
