Justin Bieber continues to show that he really cares about Beliebers. On Sunday, October 21, Selena Gomez's boyfriend visited Bradley Center arena in Milwaukee to meet a 4-year-old cancer patient named Hailey Roser.

Hailey, who suffers a rare form of brain cancer, is a big fan of Justin. There is a Facebook page named "Ask Justin Bieber to visit Hailey" which encourages Justin to meet the little girl. The social media campaign worked.

Justin planned to visit Hailey's hospital before his concert in Milwaukee on Sunday, but the meeting almost didn't happen when there was a mass shooting in nearby Brookfield. Luckily, Hailey was allowed to go to Milwaukee with an ambulance so the huge fan and the idol were still able to meet each other.

"Dreams come true #believe," Hailey's parents tweeted. "A special thanks to children's hospital, the MACC fund, Bell ambulance, Netjet and @justinbieber and his team." Justin's manager, Scooter Braun, praised the 18-year-old singer's action by tweeting, "my Jets may have lost but seeing that smile on @healinghailey's face made this #sundayfunday a winner! @justinbieber well done."

Hailey also showed her excitement after meeting her beloved idol. "@justinbieber thank u for making mine and my daddy @therealroser and my mommy @SabrinaRoser1 dream come true #BELIEVE," she tweeted on the same Twitter account.

Before meeting Hailey, Justin visited another cancer patient too. He visited Crystal Montgomery, a 18-year-old bone cancer patient, on Monday, October 15 in Edmonton, Canada. Justin posted a picture of Crystal and him on his official Twitter and said, "#bieberforcrystal".
