Sam Lutfi, who is suing the singer for defamation, said in new legal documents that he found crystal meth residue on Britney's carpet.

Britney Spears' self-proclaimed former manager Sam Lutfi has resurfaced with attack against the singer. In new legal documents, he claimed drug-sniffing dogs found a cache of crystal meth in her home while they used to work together.

Lutfi has launched a legal war against the Spears clan for defamation. He sues Britney along with her parents Lynn and Jamie for saying he was responsible for Britney's dark periods by drugging her. But in his new claim, Lutfi said he was the one who brought the dogs to her home in 2007 and destroyed the crystal methedrine once it was found.

Lutfi, who will face Britney in an upcoming trial, wants her to testify about the meth. "Britney should further testify that drug dogs found 'hot spots of drug residue in the carpeting, where her young sons [ages 1 and 3] played during visits," he said in the docs. According to TMZ, Lutfi said he covered it up with shampoo and replaced the carpet.

However, Britney is not competent to testify as a result of the conservatorship.
