"Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars" has revealed the 13th contestant who will participate in the competition. Based on viewers' choice vote, Sabrina Bryan wins the final spot, beating out Carson Kressley and Kyle Massey who were also vying for the gig.

"I am so excited. I'm getting teary eyed just right now," she said when the result was announced Monday, August 27 on "Good Morning America". The former Disney star added, "It was a fight...We all three really wanted it. I'm the lucky one with some amazing, incredible fans that have really stuck behind me... For me, it's just incredible to have a second chance for my fans."

Sabrina, who was paired with Mark Ballas in season 5, will dance with Louis van Amstel in the upcoming 15th installment. Gushing about his partner, professional dancer Louis said, "This is the first season I can knock myself out as a dancer, as a choreographer because she's so good. From day one, we are going to knock even our own socks off."

All 13 celebrity contestants have already been featured in a new promo for "the most epic season yet" of the ABC reality show. Presenting a superhero-esque theme, it sees Joey Fatone ripping off his shirt and Shawn Johnson running on the street among other scenes before the stars eventually gather on a rooftop.

The all-stars edition of "DWTS" will premiere Monday, September 24 at 8/7c on ABC. Other returning stars are Apolo Anton Ohno, Bristol Palin, Drew Lachey, Emmett Smith, Gilles Marini, Helio Castroneves, Kelly Monaco, Kirstie Alley, Melissa Rycroft and Pamela Anderson.
