First footage from Sam Claflin's upcoming horror film "The Quiet Ones" has made its round onto the web. The behind-the-scene video shows the British heartthrob, who has just been cast as Finnick Odair in "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire", shooting some scenes in an old house in the United Kingdom. Also seen in the clip is "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows" star Jared Harris.

Inspired by true events, "The Quiet Ones" tells the story of an unorthodox professor (Harris) who uses controversial methods and leads his best students off the grid to take part in a dangerous experiment: to create a poltergeist.

Based on the theory that paranormal activity is caused by human negative energy, the rogue scientists perform a series of tests on a young patient, pushing her to the edge of sanity. As frightening occurrences begin to take place with shocking and gruesome consequences, the group quickly realizes they have triggered a force more terrifying than they ever could have imagined.

Coming from producer Simon Oakes, who was also the one behind Daniel Radcliffe's "The Woman in Black", the supernatural movie is directed and written by John Pogue. Also joining Claflin and Harris in the cast ensemble are Erin Richards and Olivia Cooke. The film still hasn't got a release date.

Claflin has recently grabbed the headline when he was announced as the one who won the most coveted role in "The Hunger Games" sequel. The British actor's latest appearance was in "Snow White and the Huntsman" in which he played Kristen Stewart's love interest. He previously also appeared in "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" as Philip Swift.
