'I am really happy to finally share with you that I have brought my daughter home AND I have a newborn son,' the former 'Biggest Loser' trainer shares the news on her Facebook page.

AceShowbiz - Fitness guru Jillian Michaels has become a proud mother of two within a week. The former trainer for "The Biggest Loser" brought home a 2-year-old daughter, Lukensia, that she adopted from Haiti in the same week her partner, Heidi Rhoades, gave birth to their first son, Phoenix, in Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old has personally shared the happy news through a post on her Facebook page. "I am really happy to finally share with you that I have brought my daughter home AND I have a newborn son," she wrote on Wednesday, May 23. "The story is obviously to long for a Facebook post, but I gave it to people so if your are curious it's all there. Thanks for sharing this long journey with me. I am so grateful."

The "Losing It With Jillian" host also talked about her instant family in the latest issue of PEOPLE. "We're swimming in babies over here," she gushed before revealing how she embraces motherhood. "I don't even answer email. I don't have time to care about anything else. I want to be really present and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development. I don't want to rush any of it."

Michaels, who welcomed her baby boy on May 3, opened up back in February 2011 that she was in the middle of the adoption process. In December the same year, she announced that she had been matched with Lukensia. She told Access Hollywood Live, "I went over to visit orphanages and I ended up falling in love with this little girl, and by the grace of God, I got matched up with her."
