Weezy and his skateboard crew were blamed in the concussion of a man who approached the rapper as a fan but got clubbed with a skateboard.

Lil Wayne and his crew are investigated for assault, the second time within a month. This time, the rapper allegedly threatened a fan while one of his entourage gave him a hit on the head with a skateboard.

Story, as claimed by Afredo Marino to TMZ, started on May 3 when he spotted Wayne and his skateboarding buddies. Marino approached Weezy for a photo but was turned down. Determined, Marino sneaked a pic after retreating to his car.

Weezy then allegedly began threatening Marino, saying "Don't you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?" Marino was then hit with a skateboard from behind and fell to the floor. He claimed he was bleeding in the head and suffered a concussion and vertigo.

"My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer," Marino's lawyer Craig Chisvin said.

This is not the first time Wayne has a brush with the law for a similar case. A photographer in Miami filed an assault report against him in April, claiming the rapper's crew attacked him.
