Mila Kunis was victim of crazed stalker who went to the length of breaking into her house back in January. Stuart Dunn violated the court order to stay away from the actress for three years when he was caught in front of her gym on Friday, May 4.

Dunn actually had been looking for the 28-year-old actress at the facility for three days in a row, TMZ reported. Kunis, who was "freaked out" by his presence, told her assistant to report to the police on Thursday night. The next day, Kunis allegedly hid inside her car before the police arrived to detain the man.

Authorities said that there was not enough evidence to arrest Dunn following Friday's incident. The homeless man was sent to a mental facility for evaluation. Although free, he could be arrested when the investigation is completed.

Dunn broke into Kunis' house back in January and pled no contest to unauthorized entry into a home. He was given 36 months probation and ordered to stay away from the actress.
