AceShowbiz - Tenacious D and Fabolous add piles to Tuesday video premiere by releasing a new clip each. The music duo comprised of Kyle Gass and Jack Black announce their return in "To Be the Best", while Brooklyn rapper Fabolous presents a club-themed video for "She Did It".
The "To Be the Best" video follows Kyle and Jack after they suffered bitter failure with their movie and album of the same name, "The Pick of Destiny". While Kyle is locked up in a mental institution for suffering a breakdown, Jack becomes insanely famous and successful.
Fate later brings them together again only to find out they forget how to make a good music. While the world is watching and anticipating their comeback, they hire Josh Groban and Dave Grohl as their mentors before returning to studio again.
Unlike the Tenacious D video which features elaborate storyline, the clip for Fabolous' "She Did It" is more simple. It sees the rapper as a crime master who's setting his eyes on his next target. With the help from some hot-looking ladies, he breaks into the money room of a club.
"To Be the Best" is listed in Tenacious D's comeback album "Rize of the Fenix", which is declared as "the greatest album ever recorded by anyone. Ever." Meanwhile, "She Did It" appears in Fabolous' mixtape "There Is No Competition III: Death Comes in 3s".
