Seeking financial damages, the actress said in her lawsuit that she did not voluntarily appear in ToyWatch ads which use her movie role image.

Sandra Bullock is not happy that a watch company wants to cash in on her Oscar-winning film, "The Blind Side". She has filed a lawsuit against ToyWatch which advertised its pieces as the "Sandra Bullock Watch".
Bullock filed the papers in Santa Monica, C.A. "ToyWatch USA intentionally and prominently used Ms. Bullock's name, photograph, image, identity, and persona in advertising, marketing, and/or promotion...to sell watches," the lawsuit said.
Indeed Bullock's Leigh Anne Tuohy in the film was wearing one of ToyWatch's products. But she did not approve of the endorsement, saying in the suit, she "will not voluntarily appear in print or other media for a company or product unless she carefully selects and believes in the company and product, and unless the compensation she receives is commensurate with the value of the exploitation of her name, image, identity, and persona."
Bullock also revealed that she was not paid for the use of her name and image. An injunction is expected to make the company stop using her image and bring in monetary damages for her at the same time.
