Guns N' Roses are returning to the place that has fond memory of their hey day some 24 years ago. The rock band have announced a six-date tour in February, coming back to New York City's The Ritz which they made famous on MTV special "Live at The Ritz".

The Ritz, located in East Village, has been renamed to Webster Hall for more than a decade. The band, in its original form, were taped while performing inside the concert hall in 1988. The footage remains to be one of those sought-after videos.

Only lead man Axl Rose will relive the memory at the venue this coming February 15 for the band are no longer in its classic line-up. In honor of their performance, the marquee sign will be switched to "The Ritz" for a day. Prior to the Ritz gig, Rose and the company will play two other shows in New York, February 10 at the Roseland Ballroom and February 12 at Terminal 6.

Then on February 19, Guns N' Roses will turn up at Chicago's House of Blues. They would be back east on February 23 and 24 for shows at The Fillmore in Silver Spring, Md. and the House of Blues in Atlantic City, N.J. respectively. Tickets for the Ritz show goes on pre-sale Tuesday, January 31 at 10 A.M. and on public sale the next day.
