Warner Bros. Pictures has debuted the first trailer for "The Lucky One". Coming out via Apple, the freshly released promo video opens with a scene where Zac Efron's Logan Thibault found a photo of Taylor Schilling's Beth Clayton during a war in Iraq. It continues to unravel the budding romance between the two strangers.

Logan is a Marine who survives three tours in Iraq. Crediting his survival to a photograph of a woman he has never met, he sets out to meet his good-luck charm when he finally returns home. After finding out who the woman is, he comes knocking on her door and gets a job from her mother. Soon, sparks fly between the two.

Along with the new trailer, Warners unleashed the first poster for the romantic drama. The one-sheet shows Logan and Beth sharing an intimate moment with him putting his hand on her neck while staring at her affectionately.

Based on Nicholas Sparks's best seller, "The Lucky One" is directed by Scott Hicks with Douglas McGrath and Will Fetters penning the script. It is also supported by Blythe Danner, Adam LeFevre, Sharon Morris and Joe Chrest, and is slated for a April 20, 2012 release in U.S. theaters.
