20th Century Fox has unleashed the first trailer for slapstick comedy "The Three Stooges". Presenting the new Larry, Moe and Curly, the nearly two-minute preview gives a look at some scenes which see the trio being introduced to iPhone, having a lobster problem and crossing path with beautiful ladies. A cameo of "Jersey Shore" star Snooki is also included.

Left on a nun's doorstep, Larry, Curly and Moe grow up finger-poking, nyuk-nyuking and woo-woo-wooing their way to uncharted levels of knuckleheaded misadventure. Now out to save their childhood home, they become embroiled in an oddball murder plot while also stumbling into starring in a phenomenally successful TV reality show.

Based on the mid-20th century comedy shorts of the same title, "The Three Stooges" is directed by Bobby Farrelly and Peter Farrelly. Sean Hayes, Chris Diamantopoulos and Will Sasso play the modern Larry, Moe and Curly respectively, while Jane Lynch, Sofia Vergara and Jennifer Hudson are in supporting roles.

This slapstick comedy film is set to open wide in theaters across the United States on April 2, 2012.
