AceShowbiz - One of the actors from the "Harry Potter" movie franchise is facing a bomb charge. Jamie Waylett, who plays Draco Malfoy's sidekick Vincent Crabbe, has been charged with possession of a homemade petrol bomb stemming from his alleged involvement in the London riots.

According to U.K. reports, the 22-year-old was charged under the Criminal Damage Act for threatening unlawful violence. In a released statement, police said they believe the actor armed himself with the explosive with intent to destroy or damage property while looting a north London store on August 8.

Jamie, who was arrested on September 20, was also accused of receiving stolen goods and cultivating cannabis plants. It was said that when police raided the flat that he shares with his mother, they found 15 cannabis plants in his bedroom. He was released on September 29 on condition that he lives with his mother in a north London flat with a 7 P.M. to 7 A.M. curfew.

This is not Jamie's first run-in with the law. Back in 2009, he was busted for the illegal production of cannabis and was sentenced to 120 hours community service. For his latest offense, the actor who was last seen in "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince" is now scheduled to appear before Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on November 11.
