Almost at the same time, David Banner and Frank Ocean released a music video each. The former dropped a performance video to support his song "Swag", while the latter made public a more conceptualized clip for his track "Thinking About You".
While Banner is simply spitting his verses to the camera throughout his clip, Ocean only makes a small cameo in his video. Instead of focusing on the Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All member, the video shows a man's journey in "keeping the spirit alive."
Banner takes a jab at his younger peers in "Swag" by rapping, "The homies is busting slugs/ The women is shaking a**/ A white girl call us ni**a and we just sit back and laugh/ We call it swag." He might include the song in his upcoming studio album.
As for Ocean, it's unclear whether he will list "Thinking About You" in his project because the song was initially written for Roc Nation artist Bridget Kelly for her first studio album.
