ABC News would spread the sought-after interview over the course of two days including in a 'Nightline' special called 'Casey Anthony Not Guilty: Inside the Bombshell Verdict'.

The first to get an insight to Casey Anthony's fresh not-guilty verdict would be Barbara Walters. The ABC correspondent has scored a sit-down with Anthony's defense lawyer Jose Baez, the first public interview about the lengthy murder trial since Anthony was acquitted of murder, manslaughter and child endangerment charges on Tuesday, July 5.
The interview will be spread on Wednesday, July 6 to "World News with Diane Sawyer" (6:30 - 7:00 P.M. ET/PT) and a primetime special called "Casey Anthony Not Guilty: Inside the Bombshell Verdict" (10:00 - 11:00 P.M. ET/PT). The next day, it will air on "Good Morning America" (7:00 - 9:00 A.M. ET/PT) and "The View" (11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. ET/PT).
According to the press release, Walters will ask Baez about his courtroom strategy, his client's demeanor, the reasons he thinks she was found not guilty, how he was ceaselessly second-guessed by trial watchers and the media during the six weeks of testimony, and his new found fame, among other topics.
In a press conference immediately after Anthony's acquittal on capital murder charges, Baez slammed the U.S. legal system's inclusion of the death penalty, calling it "disgusting". He added, "I saved a life today." Some celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Miley Cyrus are in rage over the verdict, expressing their opinion on Twitter.
