Just weeks after he allegedly split with Scarlett Johansson, the 'Tree of Life' actor is spotted dining with the 'Franklin and Bash' actress at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles.

AceShowbiz - Sean Penn might have moved on from his reported break-up from alleged girlfriend Scarlett Johansson. The 50-year-old actor, who plays the grown-up son of Brad Pitt in "The Tree of Life", has been spotted recently going on a dinner date with "Franklin & Bash" actress Garcelle Beauvais.
Offering a little detailed info on the date, E! Online reported that Sean arrived first. He came solo and sat alone at the bar before he was joined by the Haitian-American beauty. A source dished on, "When she arrived, they moved to the front corner table, which put them on display. They sat inside for a while and even ordered food." They later moved outside, to a more private area near the pool.
Both Sean and Garcelle are no longer tied in a marriage anymore. Sean and his second wife Robin Wright-Penn had their divorce finalized in July 2010, while Garcelle officially divorced Mike Nilon officially in April this year. Despite the single status of the two stars, it is still unclear whether the dinner date was a romantic one.
There is a chance that the two came together to discuss their efforts to help rebuild Haiti. Garcelle lost a great aunt in the devastating earthquake, and has been actively involved in the relief efforts. About the works she had done, she told Jet magazine, "I did a short film, called 'Eyes to See', a lot of charity and raising money. My family in Miami is doing everything: sending coats, sending supplies."
