Joey McIntyre and his wife Barrett have added a girl into their home. The New Kids On The Block star announced on Twitter, "Kira Katherine McIntyre was born May 31st at 12:30 pm PST. 7 lbs., 3 oz., 21 in. A beautiful baby girl with great timing and gorgeous hair."

The couple announced the pregnancy back in December, saying "We'll have our hands full. Three's the new nine!" in regards to the number of Joey's siblings. They only revealed the baby's gender several weeks ago when Joey let it slip during Carnival Cruise, NKOTB-themed cruise. ''Barrett and I are so blessed and grateful for the little one on the way," he told People.

Joey and Barrett are already parents to two boys, Griffin Thomas, 3 1/2 years old, and Rhys Edward, 17 months. Rhys was born with severe hearing loss. "We went through a full range of emotions," Barrett said at the time. "As a mother you want to protect your kids. I thought, 'How could I let this happen?' " The baby was fitted with hearing aids and gets weekly therapy sessions with a verbal therapist.
