"The Three Musketeers" debuts its first trailer. The one-and-a-half-minute video gives a glimpse of Logan Lerman's D'Artagnan who, along with three legendary musketeers, prevents the villain from seizing the French throne.
Adapted from Alexandre Dumas' legendary book of the same name, the action film follows hot-headed young D'Artagnan joining forces with three rogue Musketeers, Athos (Matthew MacFadyen), Aramis (Luke Evans), and Porthos (Ray Stevenson). They must stop the evil Cardinal Richlieu (Christoph Waltz), and face off Duke of Buckingham (Orlando Bloom) and the treacherous Milady de Winter (Milla Jovovich).
The other actors tapped for the 3D movie are Mads Mikkelsen, Juno Temple, Gabriella Wilde, and Freddie Fox. Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and scripted by Andrew Davies, the upcoming flick is set to come out in U.S. theaters on October 14.
