Following up the March 21 premiere party in New York City, new mini-series "Mildred Pierce" has been previewed in some sneak peek videos. Two clips are debuted each for the part 1 and part 2 of the HBO's drama, highlighting Mildred Pierce's relationship with her daughter as well as some men circling her life.
A divorced single mom, Pierce decides to open a restaurant business which tears at the already-strained relationship with her ambitious elder daughter, Veda, during the Great Depression in middle-class Los Angeles. The story will also explore complex relationships she shares with the indolent men in her life.
"Mildred Pierce" will debut Sunday, March 27 at 9 P.M. ET on HBO. Kate Winslet takes the lead role, joined by Evan Rachel Wood, Melissa Leo and Guy Pearce among others.
