In the photo she is seen tying her laces to get ready for the commercial filming and in her blog she says that there will be a heart broken in the ad story.

American brands are preparing to advertise their products at the upcoming Super Bowl, and Skechers has tapped Kim Kardashian to steal the attention during the breaks. The reality show star posted a behind-the-scene photo of her getting ready to film a "top-secret commercial" that she's "been working on recently".
Kim is to promote Skechers ShapeUps, wearing its black and pink pair. "These are definitely one of my favorite pairs!" she wrote on her blog in companion to the pic. There will be more sneak peek to the commercial in the Wednesday edition of Us Weekly or on ET on Wednesday night.
Giving away a little hint of what her fans would see, Kim wrote, "I don't want to give too much away, but the storyline of the ad is so fun and I think you guys are going to love the commercial. I have to break someone's heart in the end... but you'll have to wait to see why!"
She continued, "It's a huge honor to be starring in a Super Bowl commercial. When I was younger I used to love the Pepsi ads from the 1990s starring Cindy Crawford... so sexy!"
