"Justified" is setting its position for the second season with the release of its trailer. Timothy Olyphant is back as Raylan Givens, the tough southern-bred but soft-spoken federal lawman, enforcing his own brand of at-times extralegal justice.

The trailer which was scheduled to air during October 12 episode of "Sons of Anarchy", shows more bad-guy hunting by Givens and more complications in his relationship with people in his hometown. But a lot of the footage are taken from the first season.

FX said the new season will debut in February but has not announced the specific date. The network renewed the show after it gains favorable reviews in the first season. Television Critics Association Awards granted it a nomination in the category of Outstanding New Program while the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences gave it a nomination in Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music at recent Primetime Emmys.
