Vida Alves McConaughey, the second child to Matthew and his model girlfriend Camila Alves, is barely one month old.

Proud father Matthew McConaughey introduced his new baby to the world by posting a picture of her at his official site. Vida Alves McConaughey was born Sunday, January 3 to Matthew and his partner Camila Alves who have had one son together, 18-month-old Levi.
"Here's a pic of our latest family member, Vida Alves McConaughey," the actor wrote alongside the photograph. "Thanks for all your well wishes our way, the future's lookin bright, just keep livin, Matthew & Camila."
When announcing Vida's birth, Matthew explained that the baby's name is "Portuguese for 'life' and that's what God gave" them that morning.
Camila said in a recent interview that she is absent from the gym and having sex with Matthew. "Where I come from, we believe in something we call a 40-day break after the baby," the Brazilian beauty said. "You have to let your body do its own thing. You give it time to recover and let everything settle down. In a way, it is nice. There is not so much pressure."
