He may be a senator on "Heroes" but he ain't a role model in real life. Adrian Pasdar, known as Nathan Petrelli on the NBC show was busted for DUI on Wednesday, January 27 early morning. Per TMZ, the actor who is also husband to Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines, was driving in dangerous manner across the freeway of Los Angeles.
Police noticed him going more than 90 mph on 405 freeway and "failing to maintain his lane". Arresting him at around 2:59 A.M., the officers immediately smelled the odor of alcohol. He was given sobriety test and later booked for suspicion of DUI. Pasdar was taken to a nearby jail and placed behind bars.
At about 8:30 A.M. he was released on $15,000 bail. The amount is so high reportedly because Pasdar refused to take the breathalyzer. He is due to be in court on February 24 for a misdemeanor trial.
