Willie Taylor confirms that DAY26 have been signed to Atlantic Records and started making new music for their third album.

AceShowbiz - It has been confirmed that DAY26 who were handpicked by P. Diddy at the end of MTV's "Making the Band 4" are no longer at his label Bad Boy Records. "Bad Boy is always our family, but we're with Atlantic right now," one of the boyband's members Willie Taylor told The BoomBox.

In further statement, Taylor explained about their determination to prove that they are more than just TV stars. "I think a lot of people lost it with the entertainment of the show. So now, we really want to show people what we're all about, that we do our thing whether its on stage, in the studio, writing and producing -- we do it all," he gushed.

DAY26 have released two studio albums under Bad Boy Records and now they are readying to work on their Atlantic debut. "We're very excited about it. We know exactly what the fans are expecting from us on this third album. We're going to take the gloves off, really go for it. A lot of people thought DAY26 weren't going to be here but we're still standing," they shared.

P. Diddy himself has left Atlantic Records since September this year. Days after his exit was announced, he was confirmed to have sealed a deal with Interscope.
