Rosanna Arquette ("The L Word", "Lipstick Jungle") is guest starring as Greta Noa. The episode was supposed to be aired on November 18 but ABC has just announced that it will be preempted to give room for an interview with Janet Jackson.
The show and the rest of the Wednesday night line-up in fact have been bumped from their November 11 schedule for the live Country Music Association Awards broadcast. Thus, it is likely that "Paint and Pleasure" would be aired on November 25.
