Despite the fact that he is dating Blake Lively, his co-star in hit TV series "Gossip Girl", Penn Badgley tells Men's Health magazine in an interview featured in its November issue that dating your co-worker could be a big mistake. "Having a relationship with someone you work with might not always be the smartest move," he muses.

"But it's been wonderful to be in a relationship where we can both identify with what the other is experiencing," he quickly adds to Men's Health. As for his relationship with Blake, Penn previously told Us Weekly "We have an unbelievable trust and such a healthy relationship."

He, moreover, also revealed to Women's Health Magazine that he has taken culinary lesson in an attempt to keep his romance with Blake on fire. "Earlier this year I went to Thailand and took some cooking classes. I learned how to make classic Thai dishes, which are exotic, spicy and quick and easy to make-and a rare thing to cook for a woman. I made a yellow curry with pineapple. I think pineapple is very sexy. It reminds me of bikinis and the beach," he stated.

Penn Badgley and Blake Lively have been dating since late 2007. While having break from their hectic schedules, they are often spotted spending time together and having fun with their other co-stars.
