During the premiere of 'The Fantastic Mr. Fox', the original Dr. Peter Venkman insists that he doesn't want to commit to the third 'Ghostbusters' film until he reads the script.

AceShowbiz - Just days after report came in that director Ivan Reitman is attached to "Ghostbusters 3", Bill Murray revealed that there is yet a script. The 59-year-old shared that he has yet had his hands on the script when asked about how excited he is on the third installment during the premiere of "The Fantastic Mr. Fox".

"Well, I don't know," he told AbsoluteRadio. "I'll believe it when I see it. I saw a guy talking about the end of the world a couple of years ago, and I haven't seen that either. So I'm not going to be believe the Ghostbusters story until I see the script." And, on his involvement, he said, "Well, I don't want to do it yet. There's still no script, it's just a bunch of talk. It's just a wish list for someone. "

"Until there is a really good script, I'll stay home," the Academy Award-nominated actor continued to explain his grounds. "It has to be a serious script before I leave the house. I'm not going to make one [movie] just to make another one. We made a second one, and it was okay, but it wasn't as good as the first one."

For "Ghostbusters 3", Columbia Pictures has picked up Emmy-nominated screenwriting team, Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky, to pen the script. The new movie reportedly will feature the old team as the sage mentors of young Ghostbusters. Ivan Reitman, the man behind the lens of the first two "Ghostbusters" films, has been reported to be on board to produce. It is still unclear whether he will direct though.
