Adam Lambert has confirmed that his upcoming album will be made available for U.S. purchase a week after the arrival of Kris Allen's record.

AceShowbiz - The runner-up of "American Idol" season 8, Adam Lambert, has shared with his fans when he will bring out his first studio album across United States. "Fyi my album drops Nov 24th," he wrote on his Twitter. It means that Adam will drop his record one week after his Idol pal Kris Allen puts his out.

Along with the announcement of the effort's release date, Adam uploaded his new pictures which are taken from the album's photo shoot. Four in total, the photos see him in his trademark appearance, donning tight pants and applying eye make-up.

People who are possibly involved in making music for Adam's forthcoming set are OneRepublic's vocalist Ryan Tedder, Linda Perry, Kara DioGuardi, RedOne and Sam Sparro. The title of the album is yet to be disclosed though.

"There are songs on there that are anthems; there are song that make you want to dance; there are songs that make you feel sexy; there are songs that touch you, hopefully, with more emotional, insightful, deeper lyrics. There are songs that are more in the line with a rock sound. There are some that are really pop-oriented," Adam recently said of the album's materials.
