The terminator on 'Sarah Connor Chronicles' is going inside the Dollhouse and working with one of the Actives.

AceShowbiz - Summer Glau is indeed bouncing back from "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" cancellation by nabbing a guest starring role on "Dollhouse". The Cameron depicter of the sci-fi series will tackle a different kind of role on "Dollhouse", playing a human instead of a genetically-maneuvered being.

The news about Glau's involvement in the series was first reported by a site called Dollverse which claimed that it had been confirmed by FOX. She will join in the fifth episode, playing a character named Bennett for at least two episodes. Hitfix added an information to this, saying that Bennett is going to work for a Dollhouse.

Creator Joss Whedon actually has expressed his interest in casting Glau on his show. During the 2009 San Diego Comic Con panel back in June, he said that he would like "old friends on the show" and mentioned Glau's name. He was more specific in an interview with EW, saying "I was like, 'You know, we should get you in the house.' But first we have to come up with something that works."

"Dollhouse", which was almost canceled by FOX, will start the second season on September 18. Another confirmed guest star is Alexis Denisof, whose role as Senator Daniel Perrin begins on the season premiere.
