In support of 'Cradlesong' release, the Matchbox 20 frontman releases a music video full of angry people.

AceShowbiz - Rob Thomas is going viral in his new video, "Give Me the Meltdown". The music video correlates to the lyrics "Hey now/Give me the meltdown/Take it out on me don't let me down", by showing people releasing their wrath.

From a lady in Japan smashing things in a supermarket to a man trying to wreck his car, the video combines all sort of things people do when they are experiencing meltdowns. The scenes are all taken either through security camera or hand-held cam.

Still, the video adds a pinch of comedy within all the heat. Things start to get artificial when UFO comes by a fighting couple's house, a wizard casts a spell on an angry man at his office, and an ape knocks down a man who throws flower pots. As an ironic ending, one of the wrecked objects takes a revenge.

"Give Me the Meltdown" is the second single from Rob Thomas' second solo album "Cradlesong". The album was released on June 30 and opened impressively with 122,000 copies sold in the first week.
