Long has been awaited, the first trailer for "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" has finally arrived. Shown for the first time during the 2009 MTV Movie Awards, the promotional video has been debuted online via MySpace. It gives out glimpses of Bella's 18th birthday party, Edward's departure and Jacob's transformation to his wolf form.

The trailer opens with an aerial shot of the coast over La Push beach before moving on displaying the kissing scene between Kristen Stewart's Bella and Robert Pattinson's Edward as teased in the 15-second trailer preview released earlier by MTV. It then continues to show the time Edward tells Bella, "You're my only reason to stay ... alive. If that's what I am."

Following that, snippet from Bella's birthday scene takes over with Alice leading Bella down the stairs of the Cullen home. The footage also displays the moment Bella slices her finger when she opens her gift and Jasper runs towards her before Edward pushes the two away from each other. The trailer also presents the time Jacob (Taylor Lautner) tries to protect Bella from Laurent by turning into a wolf in front of her.

Set for November 20 U.S. release, "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" is a sequel to the hit "Twilight" movie. It will be directed by "The Golden Compass" helmer Chris Weitz using the script penned by "Twilight" screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg. Many of the original cast members, including Jackson Rathbone and Nikki Reed, are set to reprise their roles once again with new members that consist of Dakota Fanning and Michael Sheen among others.
