Report on Ashlee Simpson's second pregnancy, which was first run by Star Magazine last week, has been denied by her father, Joe Simpson.

"Just totally not true", Ashlee Simpson's father Joe Simpson wrote on his Twitter account on Sunday, May 17, when denying reports that his famous daughter is pregnant with her second baby with husband Pete Wentz. No further comment was made by Joe though.
In companion of the denial, Joe also congratulated Ashlee and Pete for their first wedding anniversary. "One year ago today ... My baby got married!! Congrats Ash and Pete," he wrote on the social networking website.
Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz, who serves as the bassist of band Fall Out Boy, tied the knot on May 17, 2008. They welcomed the arrival of their son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, on November 20 the same year.
News of them expecting their second child was first made public by Star Magazine last week. The publication reported Ashlee was few weeks pregnant with another infant. She was said to be thrilled with the upcoming baby, expecting that it will make her and Pete closer than ever since their hectic schedules had made them strained.
