Some of Salma Hayek's celebrity friends have been spotted in Venice, Italy, to attend the actress' second wedding celebration this weekend. Among them there were the likes of Woody Harrelson, Olivier Martinez, Antonio Banderas, and Edward Norton.

It was reported that a rehearsal dinner was held on Friday, April 24 at the historic Punta Della Dogana to kick off the event. French president Jacques Chirac and wife Bernadette were among the invited guests. Besides, Salma's friends like Penelope Cruz, Ashley Judd, and Charlize Theron and her boyfriend Stuart Townsend were also seen in attendance.

During the masked ball, all guests wore black Venetian masks, and so did Salma and her businessman husband Francois-Henri Pinault. The couple's 1-year-old daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault was also seen at the affair. Salma and Francois-Henri's actual second wedding ceremony, meanwhile, will be held on Saturday, April 25. No details on the planned event have been shared to the press though.

Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault initially wed in private wedding ceremony taking place in the City Hall of the Sixth Arrondissement in central Paris on February 14, 2009. Last week, there was report that the high profile couple planned to stage a $2 million second wedding ceremony, which was quickly denied by Salma.

"I would never do that," Salma was quoted as telling People. "I think spending millions of dollars on a wedding is ridiculous and it has never been my dream. I think a wedding is about love, friends, family and fun."
