Marg Helgenberger has filed for divorce from her longtime husband Alan Rosenberg, citing irreconcilable differences.

Having separated from husband Alan Rosenberg since late last year, Marg Helgenberger finally filed legal papers to have her divorce from the stage and film actor legalized in the eyes of the law. The "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" actress cited irreconcilable differences in the petition filed Tuesday, March 24 in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Marg Helgenberger and Alan Rosenberg, who besides being an actor also serving as the current president of the Screen Actors Guild, have been married since September 1989. They have one son named Hugh Howard Rosenberg, who was born in 1990.
In early December last year, the pair had her representative confirming their separation publicly. "After 19 years of marriage, Marg and Alan have decided to take some time apart," Marg's representative said in a statement. "They love and respect each other and remain committed to their family."
